- Creation of the Statistical Analysis Plan
- Master and Investigator site file creation and maintenance through the length of the study
Before we take on any study, we perform an in depth protocol feasibility assessment. This allows us to accurately allocate resources to a project in line with budgets and timelines.
Our feasibility assessments include an evaluation of the potential patient availability in line with the inclusion/exclusion criteria; looking at the number of eligible patients, geographic spread, numbers within our network and patient characterisation. We also conduct an operational assessment, looking at factors such as length of patient visits and study logistics. Finally, we also utilise our existing network of relationships within Primary Care to conduct a practice consultation, gauging GP interest and highlighting any potential patient considerations.
Project Management is key to the successful delivery of any research project. Our experienced and dedicated study team oversees the entire process from beginning to end. Our low turnover of staff means that we have the continuity of management. We can also supervise (either look after or oversee) your other subcontractors and third parties for the study, allowing you to have a single point of contact.
